Origin: Honduras

Howdy to Iowa, or ( wherever YOU are) from the Siguatepeque region of Honduras. A consistent relationship between the producers of this region and our distributor results in large availability and predictability in flavor.

This light-roasted coffee has a light lime zest lift, a round nuttiness akin to oat milk, rich tobacco notes, and caramel sweetness.

origin: Honduras

This coffee comes from a partnership with Cafe El Zapote out of Ames, Iowa. We are happy to bring you the fruits of their direct relationship with farmers of the Santa Rosa de Copán region.

Flavor-wise, this Stoic Farmer is our dark roast offering, with a sweet fruity orange note that is more akin to your morning cup of juice than pungent zest. Highly fragrant & aromatic, the herbal and spiced complexity provides plenty of interest, and the chocolate finish is somewhere between milk & dark; just bitter and just sweet enough.

ORIGIN: Sumatra

This coffee tells the story of a wet climate, volcanic islands, lush jungle. The wet-hulling process after harvest in Sumatra, located in the Ring of fire, produces interesting herbal notes that are rare to find in an uncaffeinated coffee.

Decaffeinated for later in the day consumption or for those forgoing caffeine, this full city medium-to-dark roast will please your palate with notes of grapefruit, coriander seed, graham cracker, dark chocolate, and a clean finish.

Origin: Nicaragua

Earth Signs is a washed coffee from the Nueva Segovia region of Nicaragua. Nueva Segovia sits on the northern border of its country, neighbor to Honduras. The highest point in Nicaragua is situated there - El Mogotón - at 2100 masl.

This medium roast boasts a bright, bitter grapefruit zing, the round mellowness of pears, accentuated by vanilla tones and creaminess that can pair with milk but is quite pleasant without.

ORIGIN: Guatemala

This delicate beauty comes to us from the Sololá region of Guatemala, where a group of 70 farmers grow their specialty coffee along with harvesting honey.

This fair trade & organic certified Pinhook Premium is roasted medium. Its notes of mellow pear, jasmine, cinnamon, honey-roasted nut, and sugar cookie are pure magic in your cup; making this omniroast amazing on pourover, Espresso, or any way you like it.
