Carefully chosen from the finest coffee growing regions, Little Scratch coffee beans match the personality of our flavor profiles. We find great coffee from conscientious growers. Then we roast the beans to their peak level. We’re aiming for balance here, folks!

 

Origin: Honduras

Howdy to Iowa, or wherever you are located from near the “City of Pines,” the city of Siguatepeque in the Comayagua department of Honduras.

This light-roasted coffee has fruity brightness akin to apple juice and navel orange. It’s peanut brittle nutty complexity is rounded out by brown sugar sweet.

origin: Peru

This coffee comes from a cooperative of family-owned farms in the Amazonas, San Martín, and Cajamarca regions of northwest Peru. Producers typically cultivate coffee on just a few acres of land intercropped with shade trees, bananas, corn, and beans

Flavor-wise, this Stoic Farmer is complex enough to drink black and nice and toasty. Our current dark roast offering boasts an orange juice brightness, almond nuttiness, caramel sweet, and milk chocolate finish. Like Black Iowa dirt!

ORIGIN: Mexico

This coffee hails from the mountainous southern part of Mexico, the primary growing regions for the nation’s coffee - Chiapas and Oaxaca. Fair Trade, Organic, and Swiss Water Processed, you can feel good about your purchase & health.

Decaffeinated for later in the day consumption or for those forgoing caffeine, this full city medium-to-dark roast will please your palate with notes of honey, molasses syrup and pineapple..

Origin: Papua New Guinea

Earth Signs is a washed coffee from the Eastern Highlands Province of Papua New Guinea, an island nation in the Ring of Fire coffee region. Rich volcanic soils with diverse components infuse the coffee plant with minerals and flavor-making compounds.

This medium roast boasts fascinating, yet subtle notes of dragon fruit, tomato, and yogurt with a herbaceous complexity and a chocolate finish that can pair nicely with milk but is quite pleasant without.

ORIGIN: Peru

This Peruvian beauty comes to us from a woman-owned cooperative in the northern highlands of the Rodríguez de Mendoza province. This cooperative works to improve both infrastructure in the region and the lives of women producers and their families.

This fair trade & organic certified Pinhook Premium is roasted medium. Its notes of juicy red apple, mellow orange, peanut butter nuttiness, malt depth, and a milk chocolate finish are pure magic in your cup; making this omniroast amazing on pourover, Espresso, or any way you like it.
